This is the privacy policy of Linda Caswell which sets out my policy in relation to data and information I collect and use in relation to my visitors and customers. I keep your data confidential, and only use it and share it as detailed in this privacy policy. If you provide me with the following information, I will hold a) your name, b) your email address, c) your postal address, and d) your phone number(s).

How I obtain your data

When you subscribe to my newsletter by filling in a form, or if you click on the 'Subscribe' link on my website, the details you supply will be added to my database.

How I use your data

I want to keep you up to date with exhibitions, invite you to exhibition launches and share various other news items that I feel will be of interest to you. Generally, I will send you no more than one newsletter a month. To share these benefits with you I need to use the personal data you shared with me.

Who I disclose your data to

I will never share your information with anyone unless you have asked for a purchased item to be sent to you by post, in which case your name and address will be provided to the courier. If there is a tracking number I will email this to you in order that you can track its progress. I will never share any other details, and I will never share or sell your data to a third party.
